Yoga & Retreat

At 6.00 am you will have 2 hours Yoga Class, continue with healthy juice and breakfast. Our local guide will accompany you to do a short trekking to explore the herbal plants that growing around the village. Plants have been the basis for medical treatments through much of human history and such traditional medicine is still widely practiced today. Find some type of the plants and their use as medicine. Lunch will be served at the restaurant. In the afternoon you will have a meditation program, continue with the dinner and overnight.

At 6.00 am you will have 2 hours Yoga Class, continue with healthy juice and breakfast. Day at leisure and enjoy your lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon our local guide will accompany you visiting a traditional market, where you can find the ingredients for your cooking. Back to the villa you will be guided into the secret of authentic Balinese dishes. Then enjoy your own cooked dinner. You are also invited to learn a typical Balinese activity, making offering.

Our local guide will accompany you to visit Tirtha Sudamala Holy Spring Water which is located on the river bank. First will do purification and healing on the springs water that will very good to balance your mind body and soul. Continue go to Temple near springs water for praying and meditation. Woman during period not allowed joining this trip. Lunch will be served at the restaurant. In the afternoon you will have a meditation program, continue with Agnihotra, is a simple fire ritual from ancient times. Its practice lowers spiritual pollution, fights negative energies and purifies the atmosphere.

Enjoy your farewell dinner which is accompanied with traditional instrumental “Rindik”.
